Shipping Policy
Only Replacement policy available for defective product (No return/cancellation).Uncut 360° Opening video is mandatory for any kind of complaint (defective or product missing)/request for replacement. No report will be entertained without the uncut video where the defect is clearly visible.(if any doubt ask us before unboxing the parcel).
Courier company will attempt for delivery 3 times if customer is unavailable/unreachable. After that product will be (RTO) returned to origin. In that Customer need to pay for return and reship courier charges and after that we will reship the product.
